How to raise a problem with Render.
Email complaints@render.my if you want to make a complaint. For urgent filing problems, use the same email or the support route and include the filing reference so we can find the record quickly.
Render is an early service, so we do not promise a fixed public response-time guarantee. We prioritise issues that may affect a filing, HMRC rejection, duplicate submission risk, or access to an accepted filing record.
Privacy complaints can also be sent to privacy@render.my. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
