How to report a security concern.
To report a security issue, email security@render.my. Please do not include tax returns, full copies of what you sent HMRC, passwords, or other sensitive material in the first email. Send a short description and a safe way to reach you so we can reply.
We prioritise reports that could affect account access, filing records, HMRC submissions, personal data, or the availability of the service.

May we use analytics, and record your visit, to see where our form is hard to use? Analytics counts pages and notes clicks (including repeated clicks and clicks that do nothing), where people click, errors and page speed, never what you type. In a recording, our own words, such as headings, questions and hints, can show; what you type, and the company and tax details we show you, are hidden, and any other text is hidden unless we have marked it as our own. Your Companies House authentication code and Government Gateway login are never recorded. It is optional and does not change the service you get.
